The reimagined MC80 boasts a spikeless design, combining the cutting-edge Lightstrike and Boost technologies for enhanced comfort and stability. This sleek shoe showcases a leather upper adorned with brogue stitch detailing and croc texturing, paying homage to its classic heritage.
Incorporating a Torsion bar in the outsole, Adidas ensures that golfers have improved torsion control during their swings. To augment traction, they’ve implemented a technical spikeless TPU outsole with a rubber welt in the midsole, seamlessly completing the shoe’s elegant look.
Adidas aimed to retain the iconic retro silhouette while shedding the cumbersome weight of the past design. As a result, the new MC80 stands as a lightweight masterpiece, featuring a flexible upper and an Insite Pu insole to provide a snug fit, unmatched comfort, and reliable stability.
Initially introduced as part of the limited-edition Adidas x Bogey Boys collection, the MC80 has already garnered attention from golf enthusiasts. The forthcoming in-line colorways will include classic white and black, white with vibrant pops of yellow, and a special limited-edition white and light blue variation.
