SA Kids Golf is proud to be an official and accredited host of a global world qualifier event. Our World Qualifiers are held over 2 days and give players the opportunity to qualify for international tournaments such as Pepsi Little People's Golf Championship, The State Farm Youth Classic, Optimist Junior Golf Championship, World Stars of Junior Golf (Las Vegas), CJGA World Junior Challenge (Canada) & WSJG - The Invitational.
When is the World Qualifier?
The SA Kids Golf World Qualifier is traditionally held around the Summer season in South Africa, towards the end of February. In 2024 the tournament will take place on the 17th and 18th of February.
Where is the SA Kids Golf World Qualifier Held?
The SA Kids Golf World Qualifier for 2024 will be held at Huddle Park Golf Course in Johannesburg.
How much does it cost to enter the SA Kids Golf World Qualifier?
Entry fees for the 2024 SA Kids Golf World Qualifier are R1500 per player. This includes green fees for the 2 day tournament, halfway house for the player on each competing day (2 days) and prize giving. Accomodation, practice rounds and all other meals and amenities must be paid separately by the player and is not included in tournament fees.
What is the format of the SA Kids Golf World Qualifier?
The SA Kids Golf World Qualifier is a medal-format competition with the total 2 day score counting towards the final leaderboard. It is open to Boys & Girls aged 5 to 18. Players are placed in age and gender specific groupings and play from allocated tees.
How do I enter the SA Kids Golf World Qualifier?
Players can register for the 2024 SA Kids Golf World Qualifier by clicking on the Register Button located on the SA Kids Golf World Qualifier web page. Players must complete the registration form and pay the full registration fee to confirm their spot in the tournament. Accomodation must be organised directly with a facility of your choice.
